Shinzou wo Sasageyo!

"Shinzou wo Sasageyo!" (心臓を捧げよ!, "Dedicate Your Hearts!") is the second opening theme of Attack on Titan (Season 2), performed by Linked Horizon — the anime music project led by composer Revo. Attack on Titan is one of the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful anime series of all time, and its openings have become cultural landmarks. "Shinzou wo Sasageyo!" captures the intensity and militaristic spirit of the Survey Corps with its driving orchestral arrangement, powerful choir sections, and relentless rhythmic energy. The title phrase — "Dedicate your hearts!" — is the iconic battle cry of the Survey Corps.

This is a recreation I made for Shiro Neko. The instrumental blends orchestral elements (strings, brass, choir) with rock energy (electric guitars, driving drums), which made it a particularly exciting production challenge. Recreating the martial drums, the soaring string lines, and the powerful brass fanfares required careful attention to the original's dramatic dynamics.

I recorded every instrument in the original key first, then created a second version transposed +2 semitones to match Shiro Neko's vocal range. So I ended up exporting two complete versions of the full instrumental.
